- Native English- Eaking nationality and meet the requirements for a work visa.

- International schools, bilingual schools or related positions work experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Get to know each student in the homeroom
2. Be available and approachable, setting tones of friendship
3. Encourage students to feel important and to be moral persons
4. Develop a sense of community in the Homeroom
5. Monitor behavior, advise and encourage observance of School Code
6. Be knowledgeable of pupil service programs offered by the school
B. Special Duties of Homeroom Teachers:
A. Keep accurate records of attendance Monthly competitive salary+ rent allowance : Up to 25K to 30k RMB per month before tax upon qualifications and experience.
- 10k RMB Airfare allowance per year.
- 2k RMB relocation bonus outside of Changsha upon arrival.
- Entitlement to enjoy the Employee Childrens Tuition Benefit Plan.
- Work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
- Free meals in working days.
- Cover Expatriate medical and accident insurance in mainland of China.
- Assist Z- Visa application.
- The winter/summer vacations, Chinese national holidays and weekends will be based on the CBFS school
Calendar.
- 5 days sick leave per calendar year with a medical certificate from a class A hospital.

C. Write commendations on the report and Academic Progress
A. Report to the Head Program of International any student absent for more than two days
. Report to the Assistant Head Program of International any student with a pattern of late arrival or behavior problems
C. Refer matters of concern or risk to pupil services attention
D. Refer to Parents when issues of concern arise
